So... What's new with Arch?

I noticed a variety of new things on the website of ArchMS.

Namely the change of rates 10/4/2, v62, and the new name VgamesMS.

I am quite curious, care to enlighten of the new changes of this server? (also still can't log on so I'm assuming this is still WIP)
