Tell us a little bit about yourself: I'm a 21 year old boy who at the moments studies graphics design and website design at the university. I'm online most of the time to improve my skills in designing etc.

What motivates you to work with us?: Looks like you have a nice and solid team/server.

What are some things that would motivate you to leave a staff position at a server?: If people don't care and doesn't take things seriously.

How would you handle an issue between you and another player?: Talking and forgiving :-).
